Most orders are sent out within 10 business days, while delivery time depends on where you are in the world. We provide tracking information for all orders, so you'll never have to worry about where it is!

We will only ever charge you once for the Pet drawing if it's uploaded correctly! The way to order is to only upload the photo to ONE item in your cart, then add the rest of your items to the cart separately. 

Combine the separate photos of your pets into a collage so that you can upload the one file. We will arrange the pets together for you according to their layout in the collage!

Modify the quantity based on the number of pets you have and the desired portraits.

The best way to ensure that your design comes out according to your vision is to pay for our draft approval service (get a digital copy). You will get to see your design before it is printed and make revisions to it before approving it.

Aside from using that service, please ensure that you upload a high quality version of the logo/design/photo and leave us detailed instructions on how you'd like it to come out.

If you possess a Pet Portrait with us and wish to print it on our other products, feel free to do so. Kindly email us with your order number & current pet portrait.

Indeed, the delivery fees will be waived as it is a digital file sent via email.

Yes, certainly. The pet is printed on the left chest of the clothes by default. Feel free to email us with your order number to specify your preferences.
